Tuesday nights sessions usually consist of reps (variations of speed work).
Sessions may be off-road, weather permitting.
Club training (Tuesday nights only) has restarted as of Tuesday 23rd June. In order to keep within safety guidelines we are training in groups of six or less (including the Run Leader) and each group is asked to meet at different venues i.e. various locations or parks near Enderby, Narborough or Huncote. Groups have to be arranged with named individuals to ensure we don’t have too many in a group to confirm your attendance so please reply to the relevant posts in our Members Only Facebook Group (if you are not on Facebook please contact Nicki Nealon to request you be included each week).
