All Huncote Harriers AC members are invited to renew your membership with the club, which expired on the 30th September 2019.
Important notes about membership renewal:
- Please note that renewing your membership online will be taken as confirmation that you have read, understood and agreed to the Huncote Harriers Training Risk Assessments and Health Commitment Statement.
- Please renew promptly.
A late payment levy of £5 will be applied to members that do not renew before 15th December 2019.
Instructions for renewing membership:
If none of your details have changed from last year (address, contact details, medical issues, emergency contact details):
Make payment using one of the options outlined on the Renewal Form (there is no need to fill in the form).
If one or more of your details have changed from last year:
Open the Renewal Form below, print it off and fully complete and sign it.
Make payment using one of the options outlined on the Renewal Form.
Submit your completed Renewal Form via one of the routes outlined in the Guidance Notes enclosed with the form.
