All Huncote Harriers AC members are invited to renew your membership with the club, which expired on the 30th September 2020.
Important notes about membership renewal:
- Please note that renewing your membership online will be taken as confirmation that you have read, understood and agreed to the Huncote Harriers Training Risk Assessments and Health Commitment Statement.
- Please renew promptly. A late payment levy of £5 will be applied to members that do not renew before 15th December 2020.
Instructions for renewing membership:
If none of your details have changed from last year (address, contact details, medical issues, emergency contact details):
Select the relevant membership type from the drop-down box below.
Enter your telephone number and email address.
Clicking the ‘Pay Now’ button will take you to Paypal to make payment.
Once on the Paypal site, please make sure you provide the renewing member’s name and current address in the ‘Delivery address’ field and provide their Date of Birth in the ‘Date of Birth (dd/mm/yy)’ field.
If you are paying for more than one member, please repeat the process for each member.
If one or more of your details have changed from last year (address, contact details, medical issues, emergency contact details):
Open the Renewal Form below, print it off and fully complete and sign it.
Make payment using one of the options outlined on the Renewal Form.
Submit your completed Renewal Form via one of the routes outlined in the Guidance Notes enclosed with the form.
