Tuesday nights sessions usually consist of reps (variations of speed work). We usually split into 3-4 groups depending on ability. Details of which sessions are taking place can be found on the Training Information page.
Please remember to wear bright / hi visibility / reflective clothing & any flashing lights etc as we will be finishing in the dark.
