The improvers group sessions are for runners who want to improve their racing performances. Sessions consist of a warm up and then a reps session (usually 10 x 600m) followed by a warm down.
Locations vary dependant on conditions, please see the Members Only Facebook group or contact Phil Watts for details.
There are no sessions on the Saturdays which clash with cross country races (e.g. North Mids XC League and County, Midlands and National XC Championships)
